About me

Charles C. "Chuck" Hamilton has spent over 20 years of his life helping injury victims and their families.

A native of Gwinnett County, Georgia, Mr. Hamilton knew from a young age that he wanted to be a lawyer.  A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, he went on to obtain his law degree at Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law.

Mr. Hamilton has earned the respect of his adversaries and fellow lawyers in the legal community. He has achieved an "AV Preeminent" rating by Martindale-Hubbell -- the highest level of professional certification awarded.  It signifies that a lawyer's peers have ranked him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.

He is a past chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and also served as a director of that section for many years.  During his tenure, he helped organize and moderate the annual Advanced Workers' Compensation Seminar held for the purpose of educating members of the Georgia bar and bench who practice in this area of the law.  He is also a long time member of the State Bar of Georgia Workers' Compensation Section.

As a lawyer and counselor, he has helped numerous individuals recover millions of dollar over the course of his career. Some cases have involved simply making an insurance company pay the medical bills that they should have paid but didn't.  Some have involved extensive life care plans for paralyzed workers with catastrophic injuries.  Others became a multi-year fight for justice on behalf of families left with a deceased love one.  Hundreds of dollars.  Millions of dollars.  The amount doesn't matter.  In every case, without exception, the common thread remains the commitment to find answers, to do the right thing and give the best possible representation to each client.

Although his mind is rarely off his cases, when is body is not in the office, he loves to spend his time with his family, watching college football (with his occasionally loyal pack of pugs), or homebrewing what he is pretty sure will be the next big beer to take the world by storm.
